A Candidate should have admitted in the senior college in any stream i.e. B.A., B.Com. B.Sc., B.C.S., B.C.A. FY/SY/TY.

Introduction:
In the age of digitalization all business activities are completed with help of computer i.e. Management, Production, Purchasing, Selling and Promotion (Marketing), Accounting, etc.
So the traditional education should be upgraded with new technical expertise for bridging the gap between traditional and modern to keep pace with changing needs of the time. Commerce graduating student should be provided expertise with the knowledge of computer.
Traditional book-keeping methods are outdated so student should be given access to new technical proficiency. In accounting there are so many concepts and Accounting Standards. It becomes difficult to maintain accounting manually. In business organization, there are so many critical transactions. Considering this important phase in student’s life, college has introduced Career Oriented Program as per the UGC guidelines. College designed the Certificate Course in Computerized Accounting (Tally ERP9.0). UGC sanctioned the proposal in 2009 and funded college with 700000/ (Rupees Seven Lakhs Only) as one time seed money for five years. The objective of the course is to introduce career and market oriented, skill enhancing add-on courses that have utility for job, self-employment and empowerment of the students.
Thus, this course has improved accounting expertise of the enrolled students. It also promises to get expertise in computerized accounting to those who are interested in accounting careers including main stream commerce students and students from non-commerce background.
